FIDIC unveils successful entries in its Contract Users’ Awards for 2023

The awards, now in their fifth year, recognise excellence in the use of FIDIC contract forms for project delivery, the promotion of FIDIC contracts and their use in the global construction sector and showcase examples of good practice through collaboration from across the world.

The judging panel for the awards, chaired by former UK High Court judge Sir Vivian Ramsey, chose 16 successful entries across a range of categories including Project of the Year, Client of the Year, Legal Firm of the Year, Trainer of the Year and Adjudicator of the Year. The 16 successful entries will be presented with winner, highly commended or merit award prizes at the awards dinner in London on 28 November 2023.

Commenting on the announcement of the successful entries, the chair of the judges, Sir Vivian Ramsey, said: “Once again this year, it was very pleasing to see a good crop of entries in these awards which continue to demonstrate the increasing global use of FIDIC contracts and the growing influential role that they play in the global industry.
