BBC HR Director to give a live interview at the HR Directors Business Summit

Lucy has been at the corporation since 2009 and, during a period of great upheaval, has dealt with four different Director Generals and the relocation of large parts of the BBC to Salford – as well as controversies including the Jimmy Savile scandal and executive pay-offs.

Lucy will answer questions about balancing business priorities with public accountability, what she has learnt from the BBC’s recent problems, and how she managed staff and kept morale high during a turbulent few years.

She will be interviewed by former Wall Street Journal TV presenter and Emmy Award nominee, Juan Señor.

Places at both the HR Directors Business Summit and HR Distinction Awards Gala Dinner – hosted by Britain’s best impressionist, Jon Culshaw – are currently available. Contact us today to book your place at or call us on +44(0)207 202 7690.
