Stunning Amount of Knowledge at Customer Contact Expo as Major Industry Event Nears Opening

Taking place October 1-2, 2014 at London Olympia, some companies to look out for include:

  • NewVoiceMedia will be showcasing its integrated multi-channel contact centre communications solutions in the cloud. The vendor will demonstrate how to elevate the customer experience, improve the service team's efficiency and enable greater visibility by effectively routing, managing and tracking communication across multiple customer channels.
