Taking place October 1-2, 2014 at London Olympia, some companies to look out for include:

  • NewVoiceMedia will be showcasing its integrated multi-channel contact centre communications solutions in the cloud. The vendor will demonstrate how to elevate the customer experience, improve the service team’s efficiency and enable greater visibility by effectively routing, managing and tracking communication across multiple customer channels.   • Jabra, the leading global manufacturer of innovative hands-free audio device solutions, will be demonstrating their latest innovative headsets and also, providing valuable information on health & safety in contact centre environments.
  • Scorebuddy will be launching their “Best Practice Guide to Quality Assessment for Contact Centres”, which has been a two-year research project spanning the entire industry. They will also be launching a compliance component to their product, in response to recent changes regarding consumer credit.
  • DXI will be challenging delegates this year to put their reaction speeds to the test in aid of the amazing Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH). Next door, there will also be 140 leading suppliers at eCommerce Expo with products, services and knowledge spanning key areas as:  payments & security, delivery & logistics, digital platforms and marketing.
