The ASEAs are Australia's premier customer service awards event, with more than 650 executives coming together each year to recognise best practice and innovation in customer service. The program is endorsed by the Prime Minister of Australia.
The awards were presented during a gala dinner on October 25, at the Westin hotel in Sydney.

In the 16th year of the ASEAs, the CSIA noted that it had received more entries than ever before this year, making the individual categories even more competitive.
