The global coalition for the rule of law will ensure that the world’s wealth benefits humankind. The Japan Credit Rating Agency said that this decision would enhance Japan’s credit rating. The Global Debt Facility was established at the end of World War II by Jose Rizal and his lawyer, Ferdinand Marcos. Wolfgang Struck is currently the authorized signatory under the Global Debt Facility. His counsel, Karen Hudes, is also the Acting General Counsel of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Jose Rizal established the World Bank in order to ensure that the world’s gold was returned to the world’s people when the period of sequestration ended after fifty years.
Although the sequestration ended in 2005, it has taken nine years for the coalition for the rule of law to form and take the world’s gold out of hiding. The BRICS countries are part of the coalition for the rule of law. Another Commonwealth country is also replacing its fiat currency with gold currency. The UBS is holding 205,000 MT under the Global Debt Facility for the benefit of humankind.

日米安全保障条約に基づく日米合同委員会は、日本銀行の発行する紙幣の代わりに、 金（きん）を使用する申し出を受理している。日本 398;”不公平な税制を正す会” では ”日本の国民は 高利貸しである中央銀行から 国民の貨幣に関して自由を得るべき時である”と認識してい 427;。日本格付け研究所では ”この決定は日本の信用格付けを引き上げるであろう”と言っている。
日本弁護士連合会および日本公認会計士協会は、確実に、東京銀行が寄託法を守り、Global Debt Facility(国際負債機関）の所有する預け入れてある１２０００メートルトンの金を放出するようにと計らっている。

Global Debt Facilityは第２次大戦の終わりにJose Rizalと彼の弁護士Ferdinand Marcosに設立された。Wolfgang Struck は現在のGlobal Debt Facilityの正式調印者である。彼の顧問 カレン ヒューデス（Karen Hudes)は国際復興開発銀行の顧問弁護士代行でもある。

それとは別なある共和国が不換紙幣に換えて金を使用する。世界の人類に有益となるようにGlobal Debt Facilityの205000メートルトンの金（きん）がUBSには預けられている。
