H&J’s unique chai blend has been developed as a syrup for time efficiency as well as flavour.
It is very versatile and cannot only be used to make chai lattes and chai teas; but also in baking, milkshakes and cocktails.
In a fast paced industry, we understand that service speed is vital for turnover, but we aren’t willing to compromise on quality or flavour. We use a 100% natural ingredients to produce the finest chai infusion. Using traditional methods of decoction, this recipe is created from blend of aromatic whole spices: Cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, all spice, vanilla, star anise, nutmeg, fennel seed, mixed spice, sugar and water. True to its origin, our chai blend is naturally free from caffeine, artificial preservatives, colourings and additives.
